BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 6205 Vance Road, being on the northeast line of Vance Road southeast of Airport Connector Road. Brittany Hill Unit 1, as shown by plat of record in plat book 33, page 6, R.O.H.C., Brittany Hill Unit 2, as shown by plat of record in plat book 33, page 7, R.O.H.C., Brittany Hill Unit 3, as shown by plat of record in plat book 33, page 8, R.O.H.C., and an unplatted tract; being part of the property described in deed book 3746, page 195, R.O.H.C. Said tracts form one tract beginning on the northeast line of Vance Road 1358.6 feet southeast of the intersection of the northeast line of Vance Road with the southeast line of Airport Connector Road, said point being the northwest corner of lot 20, Vance Road Subdivision, Unit Two, as shown by plat of record in plat book 19, page 87, R.O.H.C., thence northeast 230 feet with the northwest line of said lot 20, and said line extended northeastwardly, thence northwest 100 feet, thence northeast 325 feet, thence southeast some 80 feet, thence northeast some 625.9 feet to the southwest corner of lot D, Bankston's Subdivision of Parcels 23 and 24, Block A, Washington Park, as shown by plat of record in plat book 16, page 79, R.O.H.C., thence southeast some 232.4 feet with the southwest line of said Bankston's Subdivision to the southwest line of Highway 153, thence southeast some 1178.3 feet with Highway 153 to the northwest line of a 100 foot wide Electric Power Board easement, thence southwest some 740.5 feet with said easement, thence northwest some 112.3 feet (deed), or 115 feet (map), thence southwest some 147.4 feet (deed), or 140 feet (map), to the northeast line of Vance Road, thence northwest some 290 feet (deed), or 315 feet (plat of said Vance Road, Unit Two), with Vance Road to the point of beginning.
